All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Scheduling, scope, and pricing will be confirmed prior to service execution. Changes or cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. The Services Inc is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to lack of access.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated prior to service delivery. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension or additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

6. Independent Contractors

Some services may be performed by independent contractors. Contractors are responsible for their own tools, methods, and work execution.

7. Prohibited Materials

For junk removal and dumpster rental services, hazardous, regulated, or prohibited materials are not accepted. Clients are responsible for compliance with local disposal regulations.

8. Changes to Terms

The Services Inc reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Services Inc operates.
